Smartrack S5+ D-iD (Including Remote Immobilisation)

The system operates through a secure Android/Apple app which connects to the tracking data allowing you to confirm your vehicle's safety through your mobile device.

There are two modes available on the app.

Manual mode - when set in manual mode and you drive the vehicle, the alert will be sent via a push message to your mobile device. If there is a security issue with your vehicle, you must contact the Global Telemetrics Control Centre by calling or directly from the app. Simply open the notification, press SOS and you'll be immediately put in touch with a member of our Stolen Vehicle Recovery team.

Automatic mode - before driving, ensure you open the app to the home screen, the system will generate an alert if the app is not active in the background on your mobile device, if it has been left at home, has no signal or the battery is flat - Global Telemetrics Control Centre will contact you and any approved contacts on your account to confirm the status of your vehicle.
