Delivery Charges

Our exact delivery charges depend on the weight, number and combination of items ordered. To find out how much delivery will cost on any given item(s), please select the 'Add to Cart' option on the product listing page(s). This will then take you to a provisional order form where the shipping zone can be selected, and the carriage charge will then be shown.

Order availability

We will ship products that are in stock within 2-7 working days of receiving your order. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

Returns Policy

Audio Images is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service, all products we supply are brand new and come with 12 months return to base manufacturer's warranty unless stated. The warranty protects the original owner and is not transferable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. It covers all defects in materials and manufacturing, but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions contained within the product packaging is also not covered. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing or the cost of removal and reinstallation.

Unwanted Goods

The purchaser has 7 days from the day of receiving any products to cancel and return the order. Return must be by secure postage with a signature and at the customers expense.

Shortages or Damage

Any item which appears to have been damaged in transit should be signed for as damaged. If an item is signed for as having been received in good condition, any subsequent claim for damage in transit will be rejected.
Any shortage on delivery or damage during transit should be advised immediately. Shortages or damage not notified in writing within 2 working days will be rejected.

Prior to taking any action we would ask you to telephone us on 01274 733 633 available Mon-Fri 9.30am to 5.30pm. We may be able to resolve the problem on the phone or give you advice on the appropriate action to take. If the problem cannot be resolved we would suggest that you return the goods to us and we will endeavor to repair the goods within 7 working days. There may be occasions due to the nature of the fault when it could be necessary to return the product to the original manufacturer, if so this may take longer dependant on the manufacturer's turnaround time.

Returning Unwanted Goods

Unwanted Products returned for credit must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened in the original packaging with no damage to the Boxes or equipment.

Items returned for credit which have been opened, with any damage to Internal packaging/wrapping will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge.

Items returned for credit which have been tested, trialed, or used will be subject to a Minimum 25% handling charge. Any items returned with packing missing/damaged or any other Contents, such as looms, remote controls, instruction manuals will also be charged to the Customer.

Returning Faulty Goods

Faulty items must be returned within 7 working days for repair or replacement (this is dependent on the manufacturer's policy)
Faulty items returned after 7 working days will be sent to the original manufacturer for repair.

  • In these cases you must return goods by your own method, e.g. Royal Mail or your own choice of carrier, please follow the steps below: Before returning any item(s) to Audio Images (UK) Ltd please follow the list below:
  • Call 01274 733 633 or email us for a valid RA (Returns Authorization) number from us.
  • Use all factory and external packaging that was originally supplied.
  • Enclose all accessories unless informed otherwise.
  • Use a label on the external packing for clear display of our RA number
  • Ensure our full address is clearly displayed
  • Do NOT write directly on the factory box/packaging with pen/ink.
  • All returns should be enclosed in a suitable carton (not just the factory box).
  • Securely seal the packaging using similar method to the original delivery.

We very strongly advise you to use a method of registered delivery of you sending it and requires that we have to sign for it. Failure to follow this may result in your goods being 'lost' before they reach us. Following these steps will help ensure the products arrive back correctly and in good condition. Failure to follow this procedure may result in your return being rejected upon receipt.
